EJAY the DJ started his career working for the Def Jam/Roc-a-Fella Records Street Team which contributed to his expertise in music promotion soon after he interned for Warner Brother Music Group. His passion for music was the driving force that lead him to secure a job in the A&R and Marketing department of Vibe Magazine. His role included being an event assistant during Vibe Magazine’s Annual Awards, The Quincy Jones Achievement Awards, and several artist showcases This position pique his interest in charity and giving back to his community.
